As a Campus Director at Little Scholars, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our high-quality early childhood education centers. We are looking for passionate, driven, and experienced leaders who are committed to building strong teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:
🧩Oversee staffing, enrollment, and curriculum implementation at your assigned campus
🧩Lead and mentor teachers and assistant teachers, ensuring a positive and growth-oriented work environment
🧩Maintain compliance with state licensing, safety regulations, and Step Up To Quality standards
🧩Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, staff, and the community
🧩Ensure a high level of quality education and care for all children
🧩Participate in company-wide leadership retreats, training, and national conferences
Requirements:
✅Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, business administration, or a related field preferred
✅3+ years of experience in early childhood education
✅Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills
✅Ability to lead by example, inspire, and develop a high-performing team
✅Familiarity with Step Up To Quality, licensing requirements, and best practices in childcare management
